A Divorce Coach can help.
Your Divorce Coach will help you prepare for meetings with the other party and with professionals from the team. Your coach will work with you on communication skills for effective negotiation and problem solving, and help you to learn stress management and anger management skills. One of the primary goals of the coaching meetings is to help parents develop a cooperative co-parenting relationship and design a co-parenting plan which may include both short and long term agreements and can be modified according to the changing needs of your family.
