About Toriana

Toriana Holmes is a family law attorney. Her diverse litigation background, with experience in both bankruptcy and general civil litigation, brings a wealth of knowledge and unique skillsets to her work with clients. Before venturing into family law, Toriana handled a number of high-profile cases at the firm of Cotchett, Pitre & McCarthy, where she practiced in numerous areas including elder abuse, securities, financial fraud, and business and consumer litigation including class actions, and antitrust, with a particular focus on social justice cases.

Toriana has focused exclusively on family law since 2018 and works to guide clients through complex family law cases involving domestic violence, divorce, child custody and support, division of assets, and spousal support.

In addition to being a skilled litigator, Toriana is also a trained divorce mediation attorney and collaborative law attorney, two alternatives that help clients make decisions for their family’s future jointly in a private and confidential setting outside of court. Toriana strongly believes these alternatives to traditional litigation are significantly empowering. They create an opportunity for the parties to choose the best outcome for their family outside of court in a private and confidential setting. Clients have 100% ownership over their family’s future.
