About Nancy
Nancy Encarnacion Mass is a Collaborative Divorce Attorney. She is a Certified Specialist in Family Law and a Fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.
Nancy has nearly 20 years of experience, exclusively in the practice of family law. She is well-versed in a variety of family law matters, including dissolutions involving complex financial issues, property characterization, business valuation, child custody, child support, and spousal support. In addition to Collaborative Divorce, Nancy is a trained mediator. She also represents clients in litigation matters from the inception of the case through settlement or trial.
In addition, Nancy prepares prenuptial and postnuptial agreements and works with clients as a consulting attorney, as needed. She represents clients in domestic violence actions, as well.
Prior to focusing exclusively on family law, Nancy’s practice focused on civil litigation, which included defending businesses in tort and employment litigation actions.
Nancy graduated from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly University of California, Hastings College of the Law) in 2002. Nancy graduated cum laude from University of California at Los Angeles, having attained a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in English and French.
Nancy is fluent in Spanish and French.
